Mr. Reid is increasingly bullish on using that power, deciding what bills make it to his chamber floor, what amendments will be allowed to those bills that do get there and whether the debate will become a serious policy discussion or a political tool designed to rally his party’s supporters and annoy his tea party opponents.

I am not a big fan of Harry. However, Harry WAS a boxer, believe it or not. And those guys tend to have an attitude. And after what the Republicans in Congress stated they wanted to do to Obama and after the things that Republicans DID DO to fuck with Obama, I think ole Harry has decided that HE is gonna exact his own revenge on the Republicans whenever he can. Which is quite often.
