There is an obscure movie that got released a month or two which I saw a week or go- and it is really a great American movie for our times.

Jeff Bridges- Chris Pine- Ben Foster- all give great performances in this modern Western.

Think hints of Bonnie and Clyde, Last Picture Show- perhaps Pine's best performance yet.

Made on a shoe string- $12 million- and probably got no studio money to publicize it- but so far it has made $28 million- not a bad return on investment.

I remember when 12 million was a gawdawful amount to spend on a film.

Same people that did 'Sicario' produced this. 'Sicario' was great, this one just a lil' bit lesser. BTW, a sequel to 'Sicario' is in the works!
