Maybe Clintons aren't directly spending the money themselves, but the leaked emails clearly indicate that cronies made big bucks and got favors in exchange for donating to the Clinton Foundation. Also, people had to go through the foundation to contact Hillary while she was Sec. of State.

The Clinton Global Initiative also favored their cronies and big donors. Contracts in Haiti were given to their biggest donors and they didn't help the poor people who were left homeless by the earthquake. The disaster area was southern Haiti. The Clinton's gave contracts to their friends to build fancy hotels and a factory in northern Haiti. The hotels are for the wealthy people. The factory will help companies, like Walmart, fill their shelves with cheap shit. Again, it won't help the poor Haitians.
