I know why. The Judge in the case said WHY. He said what everybody knows---that they are (were) trying to get him to make up something about Trump. Rosenstein was the one who gave up on the case earlier. Then he authorizes Mueller to go after him again.

Also:

Yeah, I know why too. I'm guessing that Hazlnut doesn't though. Does he think that Manafort would be in jail right now for 14 year old FBI retired transgressions if he hadn't worked on the Trump campaign?
