How about we build a wall, enforce our laws and rid this nation of it's Liberal disease of open borders and sanctuary cities. Then you won't need to kill anyone. Just make them enter the country legally so they can be properly vetted. Immigrants still get to enter the country and American citizens are safer. Everyone wins.
