How is "born again Christian" defined?

I wasn't always religious in my lifetime, I try and be the best I can be under trying circumstances.

How is "born again", defined in your estimation? How is it different from someone who read and learned what he could about Christ, follow certain principles and believe in his teachings?
One has to be WHOLLY converted to Christ and live IN Him

it is not for the weak hearted... that last one

oh wait.. t hat is not true. It is for everyone (living in HIm). Christ will make one's weakness strong.. .if one allows Him

John 3:3 states that unless a man is "born again" he cannot see the Kingdom of G-d" And going on, Jesus explains that we are born of water (flesh). but not of the spirit. Without the spiritual birth, we cannot see G-d, nor gain eternal life.
True.

Jesus said that unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God (Jn 3:5). In this quip, water, the Greek "hudor," is used of the expression and symbol of the believer's identification with Christ, not the medium for or cause of such identification; water baptism is figurative. It is birth in flesh, as context in the verses following John 3:5 make clear, as Jesus elaborated of both birth in the flesh and in the Spirit. He talks of life in flesh and in spirit, not in water and in spirit. The whole human being - both the natural self and the spiritual self - is a rightful citizen of God's kingdom. This new humanity - the newly awakened flesh-and-blood vessels bearing the Father's image and honoring His will on earth - are the foot soldiers in the heavenly dominion where Christ reigns and the Holy Spirit intercedes.

not in the least is any of the above true - the great flood was for all the beings on planet earth, their admission to the everlasting is by purity in the triumph of good vs evil.

not the first century exemplar or in the least their written documents, the desert religions make one iota of a difference than the prescribed religion of antiquity itself.

You believe the story of Noah's Ark?

from paradise to the great flood - 1 million years - from the great flood to its reversal, the 1st century - 1 million years ... approximately where the great flood occurred during a time humanity was a single community and wild life was similarly located.

life is guided by the metaphysical forces of the universe and such an event brought upon itself by life's collective activity - is possible.

Probably not. The Sumerian myth was written down before Genesis and they based the story on real flooding of the Euphrates river basin circa 2900 BC.

and the 2 million years prior there were no other floods ...

is there a heavenly consequence to today's global warming the desertification of north america and consequences throughout the planet - if steps had been taken to prevent the catastrophe would not then have occurred ...

same proposition, there is a metaphysical relationship and the properly described event of the great flood did occur and the consequences again were ignored in the 1st century reversing the trend the event was meant to prevent.

life on earth and the great flood however construed remain one and the same in consequence whether correctly interpreted or not.
