McKim Importing Mexico s Killing Fields - Breitbart

Last week, the Mexican government released new data showing that between 2007 and 2014 — a period that accounts for some of the bloodiest years of the nation’s war against the drug cartels — more than 164,000 people were victims of homicide. Nearly 20,000 died last year alone, a substantial number, but still a decrease from the 27,000 killed at the peak of fighting in 2011.

The cartels make so much money they can easily buy off the Mexican government. So, nothing is done to stop the carnage.

I wonder how much of that drug money ends up in the pockets of American politicians and government bureaucrats.

Things are looking up. Maybe we are sending in less American cash for illegal drugs, and fewer American-made guns?

That does not rise to the level of stupid.

The cartels exist because of Americans love of illegal drugs. We fund that war, with greenbacks and guns.

There is a very easy fix. Legalize all drugs.

It's an option, and it would help in this case.

Of course it would help. It would put an end to the cartels and the terrible drug related violence in Mexico and the USA.

Semantics, especially on a site where people have no problem blaming American woes on Mexico and Mexicans.

Get them to kill mexicans here like they do there and our immigration problem is solved.
