It is beyond absurd for supposed medical professionals to say that early adolescent girls who are insecure about their bodies, should be surgically altered as the cure for that anxiety. It's a sure way to develop a large market. Much larger than if you marketed surgery to early adolescent girls who are perfectly comfortable with their bodies, since that groups is so much smaller.

It reminds me of something I read in the great satire magazine of the seventies, National Lampoon. It had a section or article about advice to young teens, as a list of truisms. One of them was "your dick/tits is/are perfectly normal." Another was "you will get laid someday, because nearly every one does."

Both good advice, the first because young people worry about their changing bodies. So-called "teachers," and so-called "doctors" should not be taking advantage of them at such a vulnerable time.
