Do you have a business lawyer?

You might want to talk to a business lawyer about getting out of your contract, if you are in one.

You definitely have reason to get out of it, as your health has deteriorated and you cannot deal with owning a store anymore. I'm sure if you have a chain store, the corportate headquarters has means for you getting out of your contract, if you are physically unable to continue operations.
