Local radio host Dan Proft has named the illinois cashless bail law the "Purge," law, because it is going to allow criminals to walk free after arrest....and it is already paying on that promise....

Progress toward social responsibility in America!

There will obviously be huge opposition to it and it could end up defeated on account of few want to admit that the American way on incarceration and 'crime and punishment has failed.

But the idea has been born and it can't be stopped completely.
That which never did work in America, could never had been made to work!

And the failed system was starting to break the bank, as well as breaking the taxpayer!

Thanks to the OP who happens to be the champion of other failed dogma that needs adjustment to save the children!

I wish you guys would make up your minds. You denounce a million dollars bail for a guy accused in a state that has cash bail. Then you denounce cashless bail in states that have bail.

Bail is in the Constitution. In fact it is referred to as excessive bail is prohibited.

So why do you all hate the Constitution or didn’t you read past the Second?

Criminals are a highly valued part of the Democrat Cult's voter base.

I actually think cashless bail is a brillant idea. This is for non-violent crimes and misdemeanors. It makes it more fair for the poor. I have been aggravated so many times by seeing some very rich dude getting out due to being able to pay bail vs poor guys can't. System seems to be saying "hey if your rich you can buy yourself out of anything!". Cashless makes perfect sense. It makes it more a more fair system for the economically disadvantaged who don't have much money.
