I feel sorry for the good people of Illinois, you got a piece of crap CCW bill. The 16 hours of training is ridiculous, more than any other state. The $150 fee is a joke, there should be no fee to exercise a Right. Can you imagine a $150 fee to vote, or to exercise free speech. The list of places off limits to carry(especially public transit) means 99% of poor people will not be allowed to carry daily, as they rely on the public transit. This bill is by far the worst CCW bill that has ever passed a state legislature, and if it was my rep, I would have urged them to vote no on this garbage.

Not as good as I thought it was...but hey! its a start...finally the residents of Illinois get to use the 2nd amendment again...now lets hope the NRA keeps chipping away at the idiotic regulations on it all...One day we will have just the 2nd amendment for gun laws exactly how it should be.
