The judicial branch of government has NO authority in international relationships. Those powers are divided between the President and Congress.Or a source that proves me wrong (and the Judge).
That's not true, I made no such claim and you know that, go and check.
Right, but my question was how can one branch of government have authority in international airspace when there are three branches of government? Can you cite a single source for your belief?
Anyway you have not provided a source and so I have no reason to regard your claims as anything more that personal opinion and pretty extremist at that, very un American in fact.
They get their edumacashun from the Tube. Swear to God.The judicial branch of government has NO authority in international relationships. Those powers are divided between the President and Congress.

U.S. Foreign Policy Powers: Congress and the President
The separation of powers has spawned a great deal of debate over the roles of the president and Congress in foreign affairs, as well as over the limits on their respective authorities, explains this …www.cfr.org
Take a look at the legislative and executive powers.
Did you go to school in this country? Is this how bad it's gotten. I just found out that the Idaho legislature has passed a law expanding civics courses in high school. It's obviously necessary.
Send that to the Judge, I'm sure he'll value your erudition in matters of jurisprudence Judge Breath, maybe there's a job for you with trump...The judicial branch of government has NO authority in international relationships. Those powers are divided between the President and Congress.

The only Roberta I've heard of was the fat housekeeper in Two and a Half Men. While she certainly looks like a Democrat, being fat and all, I understand she died a few years ago.You didn’t wait long enough!![]()
We elected Trump to DEPORT THEM.
They are now IN PRISON.
Win-win.
You're welcome.

Here, have aTrump didn't "deport them", they are still in US custody, but now being housed in a 3rd party country commercial prison.
Without conviction. They should be in jail awaiting either:
(A) Deportation proceedings, or
(B) Criminal prosecution.
So much for adhering to an oath to follow the Constitution and faithfully execute the laws of the United States.

Don’t have a clue what you’re talking about. Are you a stalker? The only Roberta I've heard of was the fat housekeeper in Two and a Half Men. While she certainly looks like a Democrat, being fat and all, I understand she died a few years ago.
Roberts is correct, unfortunatelyRoberts said today you cannot impeach a federal judge just because you disagree with them. So if it goes to SCOTUS only thomas and alito will side with trump
You're the one that brought up Roberta. Try being honest for a change.Don’t have a clue what you’re talking about. Are you a stalker?
The law is not always what the judge says.Do you disagree with the Constitutions limits on the President? You know where he is required to faithfully execute the law.

The law is not always what the judge says.
It is sufficient when there is a lack of specificity. I would like to see "invasion" defined differently as we have been undergoing such "invasion" for a good many years.Fine let's look at what the law says and how the DOJ IN THIS CASE described what happened as they tried to get the Judge's TRO quashed.
To trigger the Aliens Enemy Act there must exist:
Designating a criminal organization (TdA) a terrorist organization isn't on the qualifiers to activate the law.
- A declared war by Congress,
- Invasion by a foreign government.

Then we need a new law that specifically deals with armies of criminals. Or, just look the other way and let vigilantes deal with the problem where deportation means half way for half price.Focus on what the law says.
It very clearly specifies declared war and invasion by a foreign government.
A criminal organization, even when designated as a terrorist organization, is not an government.
