I wonder why you think the Kurds are the only people with the "will and experience" to defeat ISIS. There have been no news from Kurds fighting ISIS in Iraq in the past months. Instead, the Iraqi army attacked Ramadi and other locations. The Syrian army has now at least 6 frontiers against ISIS and all are quiete "hot". Additionally, the Syrian army is the only force fighting Al-Qaeda. Syrian army and YPG fight against ISIS in Hasakah. While that was not exactly a joint operation, the 1200 ISIS scumbags were surrounded by both forces and smashed by Syrian aritllery and airforce until they were flushed out.
