IMO, the names of states have racist connotations related to the Civil War and thus should be eliminated. The whole country needs to be redone into logical sectors. For example Connecticut could be E-4 meaning East Coast 4th state down from top, the assumption Vermont and New Hampshire are merged since there is no reason today for there to be two states occupying Sector E-2.
