Is Dallas a clean city?

I visited there once in 2000.

Visited the grassy knoll and the Sixth Floor Musuem.

Didnt seem out of the ordinary re cleanliness.

Cowboys fans who visited Seattle recently couldn't believe how filthy the downtown area is.
