Yes the Black who painted this is a Black racist who has wet dreams about White wimmens being beheaded, sick fuck. The Black racist can paint yes but so could Andy Warhol and all his art was shit. It's good of Obama to choose a Black racist to paint his picture who has perverted fantasies about White women being beheaded.

^^^^ Compare the artistic quality of the above She-Boon beheading a White woman to for instance Caravaggio's 1602 painting "Judith Beheading Holofernes" which is on display at The National Gallery of Ancient Art in Rome, Italy at the Palazzo Corsini site and not at the Palazzo Barberini site. The below oil on canvas also looks very lifelike unlike the Black racists painting of the She-Boon beheading the White woman.
