Human rights legislations include the beating and physical attack as part of the definition of torture.
Generally, prisons have a lot of beatings and physical attacks between inmates.
Should the law allow prisoners to go into guaranteed isolation units to avoid that torture? Even hibernation?
Also, should the law allow prisoners to ask for execution, if they can't take the beatings any more?
