Thinking of the predilictions of one figure in particular, the question occurs, are religions just havens for sexual deviants? "I'm not a deviant, God says it's ok." And it's not just (you know who) but my own faith has marriage permitted with girls of 12, and boys of 13. And the earliest Americans had the age of consent at 10. If they were Puritans or other Christians as they presumedly were, even allowing for shorter life expectencies, 10's pretty low.
So is religion just one big con to enable sexual deviancy to become institutionalized?
