The logical decision here would be to start a hackers organization to stop ISIS from recruiting online. Constantly changing their posts and fucking up their websites.

I'm shocked we haven't already. I'd be less surprised if we already have done that, and are letting ISIS carry out their internet BS for some greater goal.
