The Palestinian leadership is developing outside of Palestine where they have the freedom to speak, move, and get an education.montelatici, SAYIT, et al,
It wasn't all that long ago, when I read somewhere --- that there was a consensus of opinion in the Western World, which describes the Middle East as a "vast dysfunctional family" among the Arabs. Only in the most gradual way are the country cultures moving towards a less violent center. But in the last four decades there was nearly every political faction and hostile activity has gone under a major transformation.
(COMMENT)Attempting to maintain a Western outpost in the Middle East has always been costly. It has required constant conflict and war. Eventually, Israel will go away.
The idea of a condition requiring a "constant conflict" is actually very Middle Eastern. It is reflected in the theme used by various factions party to the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict:
• "There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad." (HAMAS)
• "Armed struggle is the only way to liberate Palestine." (PA/PLO)
• "In such difficult circumstances, the process of renovating the nation through armed resistance started, paving the way for liberating the land and the political choice from the hands of the “Israeli” occupation as a prelude to the restitution of the State and the building of its constitutional institutions." (Hezbollah)
• "Guerrilla War to Pressure for the "Peaceful Solution." (PFLP)
• "violence as the only way to remove Israel from the Middle East map and reject any two-state arrangement in which Israel and Palestine coexist." (PIJ)
(COMMENT)So exactly how many more generations of Pal kids are you prepared to throw into that fire just to keep your war against the Joooo alive? Let's face it ... it's no sweat off your nose, right?
The good news? Increasingly the Pals are on to you.
Because there is no real consistent leadership in Arab Palestine, with a set of objective common to all, it may take at least two or more generations.
Most Respectfully,

Q. Where is the Palestinian Gandhi?
A. Dead or in jail.
KIlled by the terrorists from hamas or fatah, or put in jail by another arab muslim nation. All the filastin's ever had were foriegn nationals pretending to be leaders so they could cream the aid given by other nations
