Judge Can’t Uphold Constitution if She Thinks It’s Racist

If so did he father the children?

Regradless the constitutional process was used to end slavery therefore her point is moot. If she cannot take the oath she should not be allowed to take the seat.

If she is a SC justice she must uphold the Constitution. If she thinks the Constitution is racist, she can't be a justice on the SC.
