Judge orders sworn testimony over Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s mistaken deportation

They most certainly can INTERPRET the law
So can the president. They have to. So does everyone, really.

But we vote to give a president executive power to enforce their interpretations of the law.

And who do you think has the final say on legal interpretations?

and no we don’t have the power to do any such thing

The president does not have the power to enforce his interpretation if it clashes with SCOTUS

Marbury Madison. Look it up
So comma you get the idea that the supreme court is the ultimate decider of law based on a ruling from . . . the supreme court?

Quote the part of the constitution that answers your question, was my request.

You cannot because no such clause exists. You quoted a supreme court ruling.

The founders wisely gave the courts no power to enforce their own rulings. Even to hold trump's people in contempt, the courts would have to ask the department of justice and executive agency two prosecute.

What you envision is judicial fascism.
The founders were wise enough to avoid that possibility, by dividing power among three branches of government.

This judge doesn't sound very impartial at all.

I wonder if she is on the payroll of MS 13 considering the effort she is expending trying to get one of their soldiers back?
Exactly. Actually it looks more like MS-13, as well as other gangs and cartels, are on the payroll of the democrats. It's their little private army. It's what they unleash on Americans. That's the way it goes.
