If corporations are so awful, greedy and bad for the country, then shouldn't we be celebrating when they decide to close their plants here and move overseas?

Who wants those 25,000 new good paying jobs? Not AOC's district.
Amazon HQ2 New York plan is scrapped - CNN
"Others like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the progressive freshman Congresswoman from New York, hailed Amazon's withdrawal as a victory for members of the community who protested the deal in recent months."

O wow, not permabanned.

PS: Making twatty threads in politics with little content and zero links is not a good idea.

LOL, I think she's a newby so I didn't tell her to make troll threads a bit more intellectual, so they're not so obvious.

I am surprised to hear a comment like that from you of all people. I thought you were a good conservative person.

Good question, almost as good as how democrats are always talking about raising taxes and regulations as a good thing. If a lot of taxes are good, then doesn't it stand to reason that a 100% tax on everything would be great?

A more pertinent question would be, "How do you help the middle class when you tax corporations to the point that they leave, thereby taking all the middle-class jobs with them?"

Or, how is it that giving the middle class a $2k tax cut per year is helping them when the $50k per year tax increase on corporations who pass that tax increase to the middle class to the tune of $3k per year, help the middle-class?

Let them all move overseas & lose their guardian angels in the Republican party. They stay here because of all the subsidies & protections they get here that they won't overseas.

Of course,. you hit the nail on the head. Democrats have no clue how to use tax policy to benefit all Americans in the long run. They use tax policy as punishments for successful business, and also to buy votes with little rebates to people that disappear overnight.

Remember when they use to say, Whats good for General Motors is good for America?
