Kash Patel Undermines His "Big Case" Against Wisconsin Judge

Screw you, was all over your news sources......'get Trump now'.
You’re right. It was all over the news, or as I called it, the media. We agree.

It doesn’t matter what Trump said in the media. He lies all the time. He just says shit and it make any difference.

This argument NEVER appeared in any court argument in his defense.

For those who might have a genuine concern this judge broke the law, this should infuriate you. Your own team is undermining the case against the judge. It is a prosecutorial axiom that you try the case in court, and not the in public, as Patel is doing. It’s also a prosecutorial axiom that you don’t give the defense any freebie arguments through your own actions, as Patel is doing in this case. If nothing else Patel is giving defense counsel leverage in any plea agreement negotiations. At worst, his repeated flouting of guidelines aimed at protecting a fair trial for defendants risks a sympathetic judge dismissing the case.

Shouldn't be a problem, since Trump is in such good standing with the judiciary...
Good luck.

He had no authority to grant himself classified documents on January 21st, 2021.

Even if he could, that doesn't change the obstruction of justice.

He granted them to himself while he was still president.

He was cooperating with the archive department, but when he decided to run again, the admin decided to go with lawfare.

That authority expired when he left office, so he couldn’t just keep them because he wanted to.

He absolutely was not cooperating with the archives and even if he was, it would still be necessary to involve the DoJ to investigate mishandling of classified documents.

And he STILL is guilty of obstructing justice whether or not he had any legal authority to have those documents.

The authority to classify ends when He leaves office.
Possessing previously declassified info isn't violating the law.

And he STILL is guilty of obstructing justice whether or not he had any legal authority to have those documents.
Lawsuit dropped....... another famous Marener dead issue.

Not what is being discussed. No one seriously thinks he declassified these documents other than brain dead MAGA cultists.

So you’re just pretending he didn’t break the law. Very MAGA.

If he considered them declassified he could, and that was one of the arguments made.

They thought he had some, he was negotiating with them access.

That wasn't justice, that was lawfare.

The idea he declassified these documents is fucking stupid. Obviously he didn’t. That argument was NEVER made outside of media appearances which are legally meaningless.

The archives wasn’t negotiating. They asked Trump to send back all his records and Trump was dicking around and not complying.

Obstruction of justice isn’t lawfare, unless you’re saying that the judge is a victim of lawfare.

Well skippy, tough titties.

Yes they were.

This example is lawfare.

The archives communication with Trump’s lawyers and testimony show there was no negotiation. There was nothing to negotiate about. Trump was required by law to send presidential records to the archives.

The archives threatened to get the DoJ involved before Trump sent some boxes to the archives, seemingly chosen at random, to try to get them to shut up.

You have a narrative that has no basis in reality.

There’s nothing political about the DoJ going after mishandling of classified documents. They do this all the time. Is it lawfare when they arrest other people who keep classified documents?

Yes. The fact that we can’t access the documents by FOIA requests prove they’re not declassified.
Liar......not how it works.

Prove this is the current and pressing issue of the day or it is another day of you arguing over dead, non starter issues.

Time to get a life, little man.

I thought you guys cared about protecting classified national secrets?

It’s just as pressing as a judge sending a man out a side door.
