Uh yes there is. Regardless of what Obama did, it was illegal to block the vote from happening. If the senate had voted on Garland and rejected him, that would have been legal. That isn’t what happened obviously. There just wasn’t a vote out in the first place. Don’t be dumb about this. This is black and white procedure.Yeah republicans always have to be toddlers and get there way huh? Obama’s pick for the Supreme Court was illegally blocked from getting an actual vote in the senate, but oh well. All that matters to you is you got your way.Lol teabaggers or any republican have always been whiny bitches. No one actually expects you to shut up. Call that a strength if you want I guess lolOh. You don't like conservative activism? Get used to it, we've learned alot from you guys and girls and you can expect to be seeing more of this.
I won't be the "whiny bitch" when Trump wins a second term. How does a 7-2 majority on the Supreme Court sound to you, fucktard? You and your "Democraptic Socialism" are a crackhead's pipe dream yet you keep trying, don't you?
Moron.
Also, either way, these GOP appointments aren’t somehow an extension of your own success. You know that right? No one cares what YOU do. You don’t get personal credit for any of it so stop gloating lol.
There is no illegal way to block a SC nominee. If there was anything illegal involved, then DumBama should have taken it to court.
I know what happened, but given the process of nominating a justice is written in the Constitution, I fail to see the illegality of it. Where is this law of yours written?
