Here’s an idea. Instead of killing babies in America they should be carried to term and given to Russian couples. Admittedly, Russia is not the greatest place on Earth, but life in Russia is a helluva lot better than no life at all.

I don't consider a fetus to be a baby.
I believe in a woman's right to decide if she wants to have a baby or not.
I think the anti-woman's right folks should concentrate on promoting and supporting adaption in this country and supporting birth control so there will be less fetus's and fewer woman who have to make the decision to abort or not.
I would be opposed to shipping or dumping little American citizens on or to Russia or anyplace else. They would come back in 18 years to collect welfare and free educations. They might come back hating America for have thrown them away at birth.

Anchor babies are used to "anchor" the parents and give them eligibility for public benefits. They stay here unfortunately. Where the problem does arise is with birth tourism where women come here specifically to have an American citizen child, then go home. This is entirely different. The child is adopted by foreign parents who do not intend to raise an American citizen child. There is already a process to strip individuals of citizenship. Just make that part of the adoption process.

Determining the health of the mother is the problem. Too many doctors are willing to say the baby should be killed because the mother has a hangnail.
