The March, 2013, report of the BLS employment data was easily labeled "strong," if not robust going forward. For one thing, the federal government has arithmetic problems--even noted in Budget battles(?). The January Payroll numbers were adjusted up 20% to to 148,000 new jobs. The February Payroll numbers were adjusted up 12% to 268,000 new jobs.

Mostly: Construction employment increased 18,000 new jobs in March, despite the non-nuclear winter, not North Korean induced(?):

Employment Situation Summary

The decline in the labor force participation rate back to a stable "normal" is a non-news event. The peak was achieved under Clinton-Gore. The decline of Western Civilization, generall: Commenced under Rush-Cheney-and-the-lawyer-who-got-shot-in-the-face(?)!
The blame-game was apparently already under-way!

In the link above, anyone can see the lower rates of labor force participation even under Eisenhower-Nixon. People still don't blame Nixon for much of anything--post-the-pardon(?)!
("What did Bill Clinton know, And When Did He know It(?):" Comes to mind(?)!)

So likely the labor report is heavily weather-related.

East Coast Major Storm Potential Next Week

That link of the storm activity was for the first of the month. Then there was the Midwest and Northeast deja vu all over again in the middle of the month, and at the end of the month.

The concept of "Holocaust Denial," even comes to mind. There is no climate change--even between seasons--anywhere in the world at this time! North Korea has yet to launch!
