Please support that statement. The right to strike is not a function of a law "allowing" people to strike. People have a right to strike unless they have signed a contract agreeing not to.

Those contracts are supported in law.
When I moved to Florida and became teacher, all the old timers told about the time that teacher's union decided to pull a strike. The state did not hesitate nd voided the teacher's certificates on anyone illegally, creating an instant teacher shortage.
