Mississippi to start forcibly taking DNA from teen mothers.

They can claim all they want its to stop "statutory rape" it isn't rape if its OK'ed by both parties...state needs to fuck off and spend money elsewhere I mean Mississippi is the poorest state in the country...great way to waste 1k on each teen mother.

Only a profound fascist would make a claim like that. They can get DNA off of a hair brush. If you throw a hair brush away, does the government have the right to retrieve DNA samples from it?
