More than $100K in sexual harassment settlements in the House in four years - Hot Air

'Yesterday
we learned that the Senate Office of Compliance wasn’t going to be releasing information about sexual harassment settlements made with taxpayer money. It turns out that the House Office of Compliance is being more forthcoming with their information. At least a little more forthcoming. CBS News reports that they’ve figured out the total number of cases and the amounts of money involved.'

Since the story broke, as a result of Conyers being exposed as a long-time criminal perv, that there is a and has been for decades a committee in Congress that has paid for the violence of the victims of politician criminal sexual misconduct - that has stolen and paid out $17 million US tax payer dollars to these victims, Congressional reps have given the American people the middle finger. They have declared they will 'TRY' to shutdown this criminal Committee (instead of declaring it would be IMMEDIATELY shut down) AND declared they will NOT release the names of these criminal sexual misconduct-perpetrating pervs to the American people who deserve to know!

I don't see snowflakes - or anyone else - organizing, protesting, and / or marching, reigning in the out-of-control, criminal politicians....signaling to our career crikinal politicians they are free to keep on doing it.

Make them pay it back...if they are dead make their next of kin pay it back...

Just (more than) 100K? That doesn't seem like that much considering how much it could cost for just one settlement.

I'm sure it's way more than that....this is what they admitted to...

Let's see the FULL LIST of payoffs, who what when and WHY. And while they are at it, let's see who authorized the use of tax money for this purpose.

I'm simply SHOCKED --- --- ---

that the actual figure isn't really in the MILLIONS and want a closer accounting to get at the REAL FIGURE!

Do remember, some members paid for it out of their own ancillary budgets, and no telling, from where else. One was kept on the payroll for awhile, even though not working, to cover part of hers.
