This sounds like a good idea for every location where there are many Muslims since so many of them are answering the call to join with the Jihadists, as we can see from the many different countries from which they are coming. I had read recently that the call has gone out to young Muslim in Bangladesh to join.

"We have students who also ask about Muslims who are oppressed in certain states and how they should help," said Mr Mohamed Nassir Abdul Sukkur, director of Simply Islam, a centre for Islamic studies.
