Our whole justice system that everyone in the world admired and trusted and envied no matter where they resided, was because our system of justice revolves around protecting innocent people from wrongful accusations, by a powerful or abusive government....

If he really was not following the ruling or even spirit of the ruling the Republicans would have sued him again, and won again, and Biden would have been stopped. That didn't happen....because what he did the next time around, was not unconstitutional or unlawful.
