You keep making false claims like that.
Right wing media plays to the bigotry of Trump followers.
They want you to ignore the real issue.

But why do you think that? And because it might get held up in court gives them the right or justification to BREAK THE LAW Harry? If the admin could not get the protection removed in court, then maybe the protection is TRULY NEEDED....
And IF the Trump admin would just follow the law and deport him to any country other than ElSalvador....this would be over, done, gone.
HOW HARD is that?
For some unknown reason at this point, Trump is purposefully distracting us from 'something' with this crap and chaos of his...or simply using this as a marketing opportunity to make up lies about it and smear democrats with the lies...., or to capture more power...?
Nope! How do you get that?
What needs to happen, is the govt needs to follow the law
and respect the Court Order, get him returned, so the govt can request from the court in the hearing, the removing of Garcia's court ordered protection
..Garcia and his attorney can show why the protection should not be removed, and the administration can present their evidence of why it should be removed and why they should be allowed to ship him back to ElSalvador.
The worst that can happen for the admin is the Court denies the removal of the court order protection for ElSalvador,
and the admin would then have to deport him to some other country.
The Constitution gives the job of interpretation to the courts, not the executive.Ok C4all, yes you can find due process in the constitution (5th & 14th Amd) , but the confusion is what said 'process' means
Simply, it means ANY gub'mit authority , not necessarily inclusive of any judicial ruling.
thank you TIMThey are following the law. The law says the government is charged with protecting our borders and dealing with immigration. So when someone crossed our border illegally, our government is supposed to send them back.
Here's the problem with this. You all want to allow illegals to cross...by the millions per year, and you don't want to shut off the tap. For every illegal that crosses, it takes several years for them to get a court date, if they ever show up at all. What this means is, we have so many illegals here now, they will never be seen by a judge.
I'm sorry, but the democrat plan to increase their future voters base needs to be fuelled. You wouldn't be approving of these measures if all these people were future republican voters. You'd be taking the same position i am
prove itThe Constitution gives the job of interpretation to the courts, not the executive.
