No one and I mean NO ONE - Should state they are speaking on the behalf of Christ and mandate that you vote for a specific political party.
This goes against the very foundation of Christ's teachings and you could likely be regarded as a "False Prophet" on a Spiritual level.
Now you can state your opinion - advise - quote scripture and why you feel that way but in no way should you "mandate" it - especially if you are representing yourself from a position of Christian authority. No. Just no.

"Who's image is on that coin?" "Caesars, they replied"
Jesus replies, "Then give onto Caesar what is Caesars and unto God what is God's"
