Its a risky job being the 🇷🇺🇸🇦Black Sea Flag Ship. They apparently have issues staying afloat :auiqs.jpg:​

So they blamed Admiral Kuznetsov, the CIC of the Moscow - commie Navy, and then named Old Smokey after him? I'll bet it's more embarrassing to have that hunk of junk named after you than to be disciplined for the sinking of the Moskva precursor.​
