I see that 73% of the US casualties in our 12 year War in Afghanistan have occurred under the leadership of Our Nobel Peace Prize winner. Wow! Now thats Historic! How could that be, you ask? Some say its due to the new kinder, gentler, fairer, completely transformed rules of engagement imposed by our Nobel Laureate. I guess these rules will apply to any new theatre of war we stumble into as well. Syria, for example, should our bigger than a pinprick, smaller than a bee sting PMS retaliation plan not work.
