Last year, blaming recalcitrant, but duly elected, Republicans...Obama ditched the Constitution and declared that he would not deport children who come into the country illegally, thereby effectively amending the Law of the Land.
This could be Corruption---he comes form the Chicago Mob and has amply demonstrated that he is corrupt. But, it could also be Incompetence. He is a Community Organizer, and has amply demonstrated that he is incompetent.
So, word went out in Central America, that if you could get your children in while Obama was still president, he wouldn't deport them. And, they all have relatives already in the country, faithfully voting Democrat and accepting the benefits of a most generous Welfare State---and so they sent their children to Obama, in droves, under the belief that he had called for them to come.
There is no doubt but that Obama is responsible, solely responsible, for this crush of illegals we now have on our hands--which Obama is now trying to dispose of surreptitiously all over the country.
The only question is whether this unconstitutional amendment of the Law was done on purpose (by Corruption--which would effectively be treason) or by accident (Incompetence.)
