Obama Voters, The Real Failures

Okay, reality check.

Obama ordered airstrikes because that doesn't get us involved.

Right now, people are all upset that ISIL is executing journalists.

Will they still be upset in a year? Nope.

So why commit to something you'll be defending in a year?

I'm still happy my country wasn't handed over to the Evil Mormon Cult. You should be, too.

Obama ordered airstrikes because that doesn't get us involved.

What?

Did the Koch Brother hack your account to make you look like an idiot?

Doesn't put boots on the ground or rely on a 10 year commitment. He can stop the bombing on a moment's notice. And he probably will when people stop caring.
Oh great another president leads America by polls. That's how Clinton gave BUSH 911. He could've killed bin laden, but the polls said it wasn't popular.

A recession hit and it Oblama fault? I think you may have forgotten the true intent of recessions by the rich, it allows them to take what other people worked to accomplish. The rich hates the middle class and the poor, they laugh at our predicament and the huge settlement amounts that banks/financial inst. are having to pay only showed their true intent..

Let's enjoy a trip down Memory Lane......

1.More than 6.7 million more Americans have been plunged into poverty since Obama became President.

2.Real household income is down 5%

3. Consumer prices are up 10.2%

4. Total federal debt is up 58%

5. Gasoline prices are up 82%

6. Food stamp recipients up 49%

7. Debt held by the public is up 89%

However, the Obama administrationrecently projected an annual deficit of $750 billion in the fiscal year that began Oct. 1, and $626 billion the year after. At that rate, the debt owed to the public will more than double during the Obama presidency.

As of 2012, according to the most recent figures reported by the Census Bureau, median (midpoint) income for all U.S. households was $51,017, which was 4.9 percent lower (in inflation-adjusted dollars) than it was in 2008, the year before Obama took office.

The same story applies to family income, which includes many families with two earners. (The “household” figure includes single persons living alone, as well as families.) Median family income in 2012 was $62,241, or 5.1 percent below the inflation-adjusted 2008 level.

The number of persons living in poverty also worsened again in 2012, according to the most recent Census figures.

8. As of last year, 46,496,000 persons lived in households with income below the official poverty line, an increase of nearly 6.7 million since 2008 and 249,000 since 2011. The total poverty rate remained unchanged in 2012 at 15 percent of the total U.S. population. So for the second straight year, the poverty rate was 1.8 points higher than it was in 2008.

Still better now than in 2008...
Nope.
This country was literally better off the day Bush left office than today or any time since.

The day Bush left office....we were losing 750k jobs per month, UE rate was 7.8% and steadily climbing, DOW was 8,000

Now...54 straight months of private sector job growth, UE rate is 6.1%, DOW is 17,000

Yeah we were so much better off in 2009:cuckoo:

Obama Voters, The Real Failures

Actually not.

This partisan idiocy is as ridiculous and as much of a failure as the moronic notion that the president is 'responsible' for ISIS.

In this case the blame clearly belongs to republican voters and the GOP overall, for their failure to nominate a viable candidate for president who could have defeated Obama.

One cannot 'blame' those forced to decide between the lesser of two evils, where both McCain and Romney were poor candidates, and would likewise make poor presidents – a fact confirmed by the wisdom of the voters who rejected both.

The prescient Michael Goodwin writes that Obama's ship is sinking....but with every nail he hammers into this coffin....remember that voters had a choice, and judged this ship seaworthy.

1."...rising clamor over the beheading of two Americans, and rapidly sinking polls, forced President Obama to reassure the nation last week he had a plan... [but] most military analysts believe the expanded airstrikes will not be a sufficient match for the size and weaponry of the terrorist army.

2. They miss the point. The disjointed speech wasn’t really about terrorism and launching a new war. It was about saving Obama’s presidency.... it may already be too late to save the SS Obama.

3. The whole second term has been a string of disasters, with the toxic brew of his Obamacare lies, middling economic growth and violent global breakdown casting doubt on the president’s stewardship. Six years into his tenure, nothing is going as promised.

4. ...the magic of his rhetoric is long gone, and not just because the public has tuned him out.
They’ve tuned him out because they’ve made up their minds about him. They no longer trust him and don’t think he’s a good leader.

5. ...findings turned up in a tsunami of recent polls that amount to a public vote of no confidence. They shook up the White House so much that the plan to grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants was put on hold to try to protect Democratic candidates from voter wrath in November.

6. ...but it doesn’t change the basic calculation. The president’s problem is that he has been wrong about virtually every major issue.

He has been a dud even in the one area where he seemed a lock to make things better, racial relations. Only 10 percent believe race relations have improved under him, while 35 percent said they are worse.....

8. Barack Obama was not ready to be president, and still isn’t. It is a fantasy to believe he’ll master the art in his final two years.
The lasting image will be his yukking it up on the golf course minutes after giving a perfunctory speech on the beheading of James Foley. It revealed him as hollow, both to America and the world, and there is no way to un-see the emptiness.

9. Obama’s fecklessness is so unique that our adversaries and enemies surely realize they will never face a weaker president.

Do you realize that you're admitting that Obama was never equipped to do the job?????

Nah....you're a dope....you don't.

Ok....lets end the name calling and childish "everything he does is wrong" claims and talk issues.

With ISIS what woukd you do?

Perhaps the greater questions is what would you have done in Iraq? Remember, no name calling.

If I took over in 08 I would have looked sad about it but would have said since we needed at least one all purpose base there for the next 40 years just like Germany and the Western Pacific. Would have been a hard sell but I would have said the war is over, we are coming out if you misbehave. And damnit if it doesnt look lime we are coming out again.

If I became President tomorrowow I would be probably doing almost the exact same thing but hopefully sounding better about it. Guess saying I'm opening up a base now to help Iraq might even go over better with the ISIS threat.

Damn that base would be a missile and artillery magnet.

Oh well. Thats what I would do. What is your idea?

I am up for more ideas. Even an "i dunno, that's a tough one" is fair.

Uh, no, the reason he didn't kill Bin Laden was the one time he tried, Republicans accused him of launching a "Wag The Dog" attack to distract attention from the all important Lewinsky Investigation.

Uh, no. From the horses mouth:

“I nearly got him. And I could have killed him, but I would have to destroy a little town called Kandahar in Afghanistan and kill 300 innocent women and children, and then I would have been no better than him."
“And so I didn’t do it,” the former commander in chief says.
