Young people aren't signing up because they know what a clusterfuck this thing is. They'd rather pay the penalty then pay thousands for a piece of shit.

Or just not pay the penalty. They can't be prosecuted for simply not paying - or so the Democrats always said. Wonder how long that lie will hold up.
