The DOJ did not say anything about them, however the statement is partly geared to protect themselves from Hillary's ignorance. My feeling is that part of the reason that Hillary did this server arrangement in the first place is that she does not trust Obama in any way, thus all of her correspondence was shielded from him, and the rest of the U.S. government, which is exactly what spies do. That is one of the problems, another is that if Hillary ended an e-mail with a question or comment about the other persons children, she could consider the e-mail personal, even though the body of the e-mail was about chemical weapons locations in Syria. the problem is that she got to decide which ones were "personal" are you really so naive that you think she would retain incriminating e-mails that were government related?
