By the time Clinton left office, that index was 115.7
By the time Bush left office, it dropped all the way down to 37.7, a 67% decrease under Bush.
By the time Obama left office, it was all the back up to 111.8, a 197% increase under Obama.
It’s currently at 129.5, a 16% increase under Trump so far.

In the worst months of Obama's tenure, his approval ratings never really dipped lower than the mid 40s (on average).......
while Trump's approval ratings in the last 5-6 months has dipped to the low 30s.
Only one president ever had lower ratings (and this is a message to Pence).....and that was Gerald Ford who sacrificed his own legacy as a decent politician, to pardon Nixon.

The "ratings" are based on polls sponsored by the the MSN. With the insane anger and torching cars and smashing windows and H'wood celebs threatening everything from arson and assault and murder not to mention attempted assassinations it's a wonder President Trump has any ratings at all.
