I just think him totally unqualified and said so, before anybody in news, Washington, or elsewhere, based on him being simply a National Guard Major, with no experience or schooling for higher command, militarily, much less as director of a major department head over the entire military establishment. His ineptitude, in position, not even casually familiar with regulations for handling Top Secret information, such as attack plans, does not surprise me.
