I thought he had. That guy's comment surprised me. Obviously, I generally, and highly disapprove of Trump and his administration of misfits, many of which could not get elected on their own, due to lack of merit or even common sense, but I thought he had closed the border to a trickle. Personally, I approve the effort to guard and monitor the border, immediately apprehend and summarily dump the assholes back across the border after fingerprinting and DNA swabbing to be able to properly identify them as fence jumpers, so they can be added to the permanent banned list.
