Ohio Woman Pleads Guilty For Abusing 911

The sad part is that every single time they had to take their word for it. At least she's receiving consequences for it now though.

According to the write up, a person died because of her continuous 911 phone dialing. To me, she should be charged with that person's death.

P.S. My only question is why wasn't she charged sooner? To me, she never should've made it to the 4th call. In other words, three strikes and she should've been out.
