A topic many don't like to talk about. I ran across this and found it interesting:

Death is part of existence.

No need to worry about it.

The matter of dying though is a whole different matter.

There is a reason people want to die in their sleep or in a sudden dramatic way
No one wants to suffer....

I want cremated, with a piece of Indian cloth put over my urn - and buried in a cemetery about 2.5 miles from my parents house .

I take comfort in how nothing in the universe lasts forever, not even the universe itself. Everything that is, eventually isn't. Without finite existence, nothing'd exist at all. Death sucks for living beings, but it's absolutely necessary.

If we lived just twice as long, everything about our species and cultures would collapse. Everything we are is built around a ~75 year lifespan. Education til 18, retirement at whatever, medicine, everything's built around that number. Double it, and everything breaks apart. We start dying from radiation as even normal 'harmless' background radiation will kill us if we actually lived long enough. It's only considered harmles in that its cumulative effects aren't a problem if we don't live long enough to see harmful effects.

Light brown / tan in color - about 6"x6" - Has multiple colors, and maybe beads on it. Some have the sun insignia like the New Mexico flag . Leather in texture and similar makeup.

A similar item is in the movie " The Patriot" with Steven Segal , but I want mine to be larger - 6"x 6".

I am a fan of Native Americans.

Isn't death the opposite of existence? Dealing with death is part of existence.
Not at all. Your body as it decomposes still exists. It goes into the great whirl pool of matter. Now if you are talking about a personal awareness after this mortality, you will be attacked from all sides.

Death will come at any moment. I've seen people died in such a young age. Life is short. Enjoy life while you still can. That's is how I look at it.

If you believe in Heaven and Hell and are not sure, death should worry you...

Otherwise, I see no need to fear death
