The judge stopped the payments once he did plead guilty. The judge didn't believe a woman who lets her daughter be raped for 16 years and only says something during a divorce to save money.

Put down the joint dumb fuck! The girl said she kept it from her mother (although I will admit a stupid mother should have seen and investigated the change in her daughter's relationship and should have got hint of other signs) and when she finally told her she went straight to the police and got him arrested!

The judge stopped payment when he was in jail for a SHORT one year period! Serious a plea bargain for 1 year for RAPING a child. WTF is wrong with liberal California? Then when the CONVICTED rapist gets out he is awarded resumption of alimony! WTF.

Lastly alimony is an inujustice in it's own. Child support is too generous, but understandable. Alimony is a god damn sham. Why should one spouse pay for the life style of the other spouse? They shouldn't and that is the bottomline!
