Andropov for an invitation to Moscow for the interviews. … The senator underlined the importance that this initiative should be seen as coming from the American side.”

Kennedy would make certain the networks gave Andropov air time–and that they rigged the arrangement to look like honest journalism.

new permanent borders. NATO & FREE Permanent borders will include TYVA , SAKHA, AND Khanty-Mansiysk. Japan will take back Kuril islands and " Sakhalin " . Ukrainians and Belarusians/Pols have controlled Outer Manchuria in the past , so we ´d take over it as well, with other words Han- Chinese commie imperialists WILL GET ABSOLUTELY NOTHING , The locals 99% will support NATO/Free World
