Here's the thing: You cannot negotiate an agreement with an organization whose sole purpose of existence is your obliteration and murder. It would be insane.

It is difficult to envision how life will proceed in the "Palestinian" territories when/if Hamas is defeated, but it must be defeated.

As a wise person has pointed out, all of the support that has been sent to "the Palestinians" and specifically to Gaza over the past several decades COULD HAVE BEEN USED to turn the Gaza Strip into Singapore - beach resorts, casinos, etc. But that aid - those billions of dollars - has been used to fund a war machine.
