Russian nukes are reserved for an all-out war with NATO states and a minor incursion into Kursk did not trigger a nuclear retaliatory strike. I would be more sympathetic toward Ukraine, if Kiev is actually nuked and becomes the third city in the world to be subject to nuclear attacks after Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
