Philly uses technology to combat diversity

Why not just relax gun laws and let citizens defend themselves. 1. It rids the city of scumbag thugs and 2. Doesn't cost city any money!

Good thread again novasteve, this device is probably partly responsible for the sharp drop in homicides in Philadelphia and it is good you recognize the improvement.

Philly on track for fewest homicides since 1967 - Philly.com
Fewer people have been slain in Philadelphia this year than at any time in almost a half-century. With an extraordinary decline in homicide already posted so far this year, the city appears poised to end 2013 with about 250 slayings, the fewest since 1967.

I like the new positive angle of your threads novasteve, thanks for helping us celebrate and congratulate the progress in Philly.

Cheers!
